Our main office gallery placed in Prima Sri Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.

2. Where is your cover area?

We cover entire Malaysia including overseas.

3. What kind of service did you provide?

Our service includes photography, videography, photobooth, studio and graphic design.

4. Did your service convenient for event?

Yes. We provide photography, videography and photobooth for wedding, corporate event, birthday celebration, graduation and family gathering.

5. How I do book for the service?

You may contact our sale department via call, whatsapp or directly visit our office gallery by appointment.

6. Could I book 1 month before my wedding?

Yes but it is not recommended because of our availibity. Please book at least 3 months before the event.

7. How is the payment term?

– Min RM300 /RM500 retainer deposit per service upon booking.
– 50% within 1 month after sign up.
– 40% within 7 days before event day.
– 10% during pick up / upon delivery
– Photo booth – balance payment should be paid 1 week before event.

8. How long does it take for the product to complete?

Terms And Conditions

For Non Wedding

1. 50% deposit upon booking
2. You can either choose to pay balance either full payment or 40%, within 7 day (1 week) before the event day. Another 10% after finished good has been completed, before courier / upon delivery or pick up.
3. For government or certain clients, above terms are not applicable due to LO/PO (Letter Offer/Purchase Order).

For Wedding

Standard terms of payment

1. 50% deposit upon booking if events less than 3 months.
2. If more than 3 months minimum RM300 / RM500 deposit per service. 50% deposit total package price shall be paid 1 month after sign up.
3. You can either choose to pay balance either full payment or 40%, within 7 day (1 week) before the event day. Another 10% after finished good has been completed, before courier / upon delivery or pick up.

Exhibition / Pameran Pengantin terms of payment

1. RM300 / RM500 deposit per event upon booking.
2. 50% deposit total package price shall be paid 1 month after sign up. Another 40% shall be paid within 7 days before the event day. Another 10% after finished good has been completed before courier / upon delivery or pick up.
3. For wedding event less than 3 months, balance from the 50% of total package price shall be paid immediately after date sign up / 2 week after the first deposit was paid. Another 30% shall be paid within 7 days before the event day and another 10% after finished good completed, before courier / upon delivery or pick up.

TERMS APPLY TO ALL CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS

Payment can be completed either by cash, cash deposits thru ATM, online transfer via Interbank-GIRO, by cheque or credit card. Booking is valid after cheque is cleared and the online transfer being successful. 10% balance or last payment shall be paid by cash or online transfer. Online transfer should be appeared on our account before delivery.
• Our company bank: Maybank, account number 564070606076 and register under company name Eddie PhotoVideo. Please inform us after bank in the deposit ASAP. WhatsApp +6010 4003102 or email us every transaction or receipt for prove of payment at eddiephotovideo69@gmail.com. We are not responsible if transaction or payment is failed, wrong account no or lost unless customer can prove those transaction are success to our account.
• Certain cases 100% payment should be paid, before we released all the softcopy to customers/clients
• Note: All percentage (%) can be calculated as around figure amount nearby in Ringgit Malaysia. Our consultant will advise for the amount in Ringgit Malaysia after 1st payment has been made.
• For government or certain clients, above terms are not applicable due to LO/PO (Letter Offer/Purchase Order).

# Outstation

Events held outside Kuala Lumpur, accommodation is to be provided by customers and minimum outstation fee is RM60. For overseas or long distance flight ticket is provided by customer and certain fees including outstation allowance, taxi, grab, train should claim in advance. Customer is advised to email and whatsApp your map or share location or full address to us as soon as possible at least 2 weeks before your event start.

# Design, editing & creativity

For highlight video, customer can choose their own music. Only MP3 format is required. Your choice of music/song must give to us before or on your wedding day. Duration of time for good product is about 4 to 6 minutes for standard solemnization and reception. Please advises or consult us if you need extra time for the movie during sign up.
We will select only the best scene or shot for your video or pictures. We are fully responsible for all creativity involve in designing and editing your video/photo album. Customer is advised to guide us on what kind of concept photo album & video they are looking for during sign up.

# Package, pricing and warranty of end-product

The package and pricing can be changed without prior notice except for customers who have booked earlier with 50% of secure deposit cum to retainer.

7 days warranty is valid for video, softcopy photos and hard copy after the date of pick up / received. However, we will not entertain, if the problem is caused by customers. Please ensure/verified your soft copy and hard copy after you have received the goods. All products will be go for quality control and tested by us before delivery or picked up by customer.

# Delivery and pick up time

To ensure quality of the pictures and videos are of high quality, we need 30 working days from the date of the last event and 90% total of payment has been received. We have the right to delay the process of delivery if customer didn’t pay the full payment or too many customers in queue. We will advise you for the pick up time. Pick up is in our studio office in Prima Gombak, Selangor / Kuala Lumpur.

Registered postal services and delivery by lalamove, grab or personal are available for customer who can’t pick up their goods with a certain fees.

# Others

Retainer/Deposit cum to retainer and progress payment is neither refundable nor redeemable for other item for cancellation or date is changed. However in certain cases, customers should informed us earlier by writing email to us if there is any changes of their event location, date and time but the changes should meet our availability on the new date/time by writing permission from us. Price could be different and depend on the photographer skill and level. Only for pandemic Covid 19 we are considered for date changes but the changes should meet our availability

Customer can’t changed or replaced to other items or person unless got permission from us. Certain fee will charge for processing fees. Customers should informed us earlier by writing. However replacement should be same or higher than agreement amount. If less we will not refund/return the balance. Our company will see either replacement is suit with the package or not.

Goods ordered are to be collected within 3 months from the date of first event has been made. Failing to do so will result in goods to be discarded without prior notice and deposit cum to retainer and progress payment being forfeited. We are not responsible any materials (photo or video) after delivery of the good product and those materials will be deleted from our filing at least one week after delivery. We are right to keep / published certain materials for our future used. Please keep or copy your good product in safe place.

We have the right to stop/cancel the services tendered if customer didn’t pay as in the payment terms. In emergency cases from our side, the deposit/retainer and progress payments are refundable but most of the time, will replace our back up photographer / videographer if available. This limitation and liability shall also apply in the event that photographic and videographic materials are damaged in processing, lost camera and memory card, lost through camera and memory card malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of photographer or videographer.
